SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 days of being placed. Once shipped, tracking information is provided via email. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. 
 
EASY RETURNS
For clothing and accessories, please make sure items are returned within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in a clean, unused condition with original tags still attached.
 
All jewelry items are final sale. Once the purchase has been made, we are unable to accept returns.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team a provide a detailed explanation for the reason behind your return. We are committed to making your experience with us as smooth as possible, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve your return.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your package has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, keeping you informed on the estimated delivery date of your order.
 
OUT OF STOCK
Is an item you like currently unavailable? Just send us a message and we'll notify you as soon as its back in stock. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently unable to facilitate International shipping. All orders are being shipped domestically within the United States. 
 
CONTACT HOURS
Our standard response time is usually within 24-48 hours. However, if you send a message outside of regular business hours, it may not be answered until the following day.
